Oakland Catholic High School put a Parisian spin on its Leading Ladies Gala X, which also served as an excuse to toast the school’s 25th anniversary.

Not only did An Evening in Paris draw more than 500 into the Westin on Oct. 3, it put the spotlight on a class of 18 area women. They are: Mia Boccella-Hartle, Maris Bondi, Meg Cheever, Sister Rosemary Donley, Mary Ann Dunham, Mary Lee Gannon, Christy Goss, Mary Anne Hanna, Bonnell Irvin, Beth Marcello , Sister Cecilia Murphy, Rona Nesbit, Susan Rauscher, Jean Ann Streiff, Kathleen Sullivan, Charena Swann, Kristin Ifft Wells and Meredith McDonough.

Event chairs Brad and Colleen Totten and honorary chairs Mike and Terri Clark were at the helm for the annual event, which has raised more than $1 million for Oakland Catholic through the years.

“It feels wonderful. I went there and so did my sister, so to come back and see all the girls now is wonderful,” said honoree McDonough.
